Roommate advice

my roommates play video games and it makes me feel like i have PTSD from the gun shots. everyday they play for hours and say racist things over the headsets during black history month. im worried that this game is making them more agressive and one of them will snap if they lose the game. how should i bring up that i live in fear everyday??
